On May 4th, the Taylor Career Center held their annual Mock Interview event.  Students were interviewed by members of Taylor's Rotary Club along with current and retired Taylor staff.

It was great to see so many students take it seriously.  They dressed professionally, shook hands and used their manners.   According to the interviewers, many are well on their way to to gainful employment.

(Mock Interview image to the left was created by Mrs. McKenzie's Digital Multimedia class.)

On Friday, May18th, some of the Career Center NTHS students, along with some of the Career Center staff, gathered together to spruce up the campus. Trash was picked up, weeds were pulled and mulch was spread. Oh, and don't forget the flowers, After the long drab winter, the Career Center has color! Stop by and see for yourself. They did a great job!

Truman and Kennedy DECA chapter members earned the organization’s highest honors at DECA’s annual International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA., April 20-25, 2018.
